I’m Sean D. Sweeney
I started my career in early 2005 at age 27 as a receptionist.
I made $2,666 a month after taxes.
I didn’t make my first investment until I was 31.
I didn’t start my company until I was 39.
Now, at 45, I have significant ownership positions in over $200 million of real estate—most of which I created from scratch. There were many years along the journey where I questioned my plan. Tons of self-doubt. But I stayed the course. I had a vision of where I wanted to be and what I wanted to create. It just took a long time to get there.
Act with urgency, but don’t rush.
Do it right.
You can do this.
